    Project Support Representative

    Job description

    Your accountabilities will include:

    Responding to incoming (e-mail and telephone) queries in line with company and team requirements. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

    • Administration of online, and offline solutions, including generation of reports and status updates.
    • Running standard and complex projects across multiple platforms.
    • To understand the organisation structure and to liaise and build strong relations with internal teams through communications within the Centurion office and throughout the wider organisation – offices which might be based in Europe, Asia, or the US.
    • Working hard to build a strong knowledge of the functionality of CEB’s Talent Assessment Systems.
    • To undertake ad hoc projects as and when required

    We’re looking for someone with these basic qualifications and experience:

    • Excellent at checking detail – consistent and careful.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
    • Experience and comfort analysing and managing data
    • Ability to build relationships and work well across functions and different locations
    • Outgoing, have a passion for working with people and provide great customer service at all times
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
    • Solid experience within a customer delivery environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Computing or business-related discipline
    • Experience selling to and maintaining partnerships with HR and/or C-level executives, with strong current network
    • Experience working in consulting or professional services industry
