Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Developing software on new and existing systems
• Developing code and designing new architecture to extend functionality
• Performing and manage testing
• Rolling out and deploying software internally and on external platforms
• Writing end-user and system documentation
• Interacting with users to gather requirements
• Supporting end-users
• Applying investment management knowledge via business exposure

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience developing in a .NET environment
• Understanding of MVC patterns
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL database design
• Experience in the financial sector is essential

Technical Competencies:

• Strong understanding of software development concepts (Object Orientation)
• Strong expertise of developing in C# VB.NET and SQL
• Understanding of other DB technologies will be advatageous
• Understanding of jQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, Django, Node.js, Ruby on Rails will be an advantage
• Understanding of Android, IOS or Xamarin will be an advantage
