Role Summary

As a Sales Assistant in the Export Sales Division you will support the Key Account Managers by preparing price quotations, updating and maintaining customer price schedules in various systems.

You will be based in South Africa at the Tulisa Park site. In this exciting role you will:

• Pricing You will prepare price quotations, updating and maintaining customer price schedules in various systems.
• Samples You will ensure customers receive professional sample packages. You will act as a link between the application laboratories and customer to ensure samples are received. You will liaise with courier company for sample delivery to customers. You will obtain all regulatory documents to accompany sample package.
• Administration You will complete the New Business Prediction Forms for all new products. You will be responsible for obtaining sales statistics.
• Systems You will enter and update projects on relevant systems - FPR, Atlas, Compass, SAP.

Your professional profile includes

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 3-4 years in a customer service and administrative environment
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Good communication skills as well as written skills
• Excellent computer skills preferable SAP knowledge
• Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
• Able to cope under pressure
• Attention to detail and maintain accuracy at all times
