We have an excellent oppertunity for Senior Business Analysts with financial services experience!

The following is what we are needing assistance with :

Death and Retiral : for RA and Preservation

Death : for TFSA; LISP and Pure Life

Complete : Product and associated specifications

The requirement is to have the rules and governances defined and written down. This will entail engagement with our legal and compliance colleagues as well as engagement with retirement fund resources where applicable.

The individual must be able to host workshops with the Savings team and Old Mutual Stakeholders to decipher what will be taken from existing versus what will be amended going forward. With the ultimate task to concisely document the agreed rules. A consistent methodology needs to be employed across documents.

• Identify, refine and define business need, and solution scope.
• Business analysis planning and Monitoring (own work) 
• Elicitation 
• Requirements management and Communication 
• Requirements analysis 
• Business and Market knowledge  

Skills

• Must be very analytical
• Have written detailed specifications before
• Can gather information from around Old Mutual
• Strong writing/documentation skills
• Experience/understanding of  Old Mutual would be advantageous

Experience

• MUST HAVE 4 to 8 yrs experience in business apps & exposure to IT functions. Experienced in business analysis and solutions design.

Contract Type

• Fixed one year project contract with option of renew
