    Job description

    All candidates must meet the minimum skills and experience requirements below:

    Skills

    • Scheduling and time management
    • Detail orientated
    • Communication to diverse stakeholders
    • Proactive problem solving
    • Taking initiative and ownership
    • Excellent spelling and grammar

    Experience:

    • Project coordination
    • Project financials
    • Project management tools
    • Change management processes
    • IT industry knowledge

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Project planning, financials, and reporting
    • Delivering project tracking progress, milestones and critical paths.
    • Financial schedules, project expenses recons against budgets
    • Vendor contracts, procurement management, and supplier onboarding
    • Stakeholder scheduling via project management tools
    • Ensure project governance contact points and correct representation on forums
    • Manage meeting agendas, issue log and minutes
    • Manage logistics, procurement and communication plan
