    Receptionist/Cashier

    Position Overview:

    • The Receptionist & Cashier is the first point of contact for customers and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional impression. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with customer enquiries, handling cash transactions, maintaining attendance records, and supporting internal and external events.

    Job Description:
    Customer Service & Front Desk

    • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Direct customers to the appropriate departments or staff members.
    • Answer and route telephone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries.
    • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

    Staff & Attendance

    • Monitor staff movements in and out of the dealership.
    • Keep and maintain an accurate attendance register.
    • Support management with basic HR administrative requirements linked to attendance.

    Cashier & Banking Duties

    • Process payments from customers (cash, card, EFTs).
    • Issue receipts accurately and ensure correct record-keeping.
    • Perform daily banking and reconciliation of cash received.
    • Ensure secure handling of all monies in line with company policies.

    Events & Administration

    • Assist in the organisation and coordination of company events, launches, and promotions.
    • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and staff regarding event requirements.
    • Prepare and distribute communications and invitations for events.
    • Provide general administrative support as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Computer literate
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role (advantageous).
    • Basic knowledge of banking and cash handling procedures.
    • Event coordination experience will be beneficial.

    Minimum Experience:

    • At least 1 year in a similar capacity.

    Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
    • Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet with company information.
    • Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Service Advisor

    Position Overview:

    • To manage the complete service experience by accurately capturing customer requirements, coordinating with the workshop for quality and timely repairs, communicating transparently on cost and progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting dealership/service centre performance and revenue goals.

    Job Description:
    Customer Reception & Requirement Analysis

    • Greet customers promptly and professionally
    • Listen actively to customer concerns and vehicle issues
    • Ask diagnostic questions to clarify symptoms
    • Verify vehicle details, service history, and warranty status
    • Record customer complaints accurately on job cards.

    Service Consultation & Repair Explanation

    • Review inspection findings with technicians
    • Translate technical issues into customer-friendly language
    • Recommend necessary and preventive maintenance services
    • Explain service scope, parts, labor, and turnaround time
    • Address customer questions and concerns transparently.

    Cost Estimation & Authorization

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates (parts, labor, taxes)
    • Communicate estimate clearly to customers
    • Obtain written or digital authorization before work starts
    • Update estimates if additional repairs are identified.

    Job Card Management & Workshop Coordination

    • Open job cards and assign work to technicians
    • Monitor job progress and workshop capacity
    • Communicate delays or changes proactively
    • Ensure availability of parts and special tools

    Minimum Requirements:
