Payroll Helpdesk Consultant

Job description

We currently have an exciting position available for a Payroll Helpdesk Consultant, to be based at our Isando offices.

Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- 1-2 Years Payroll experience
- Experience in a helpdesk environment would be beneficial
- Experience in payroll support to clients
- Knowledge of Psiber works and Qpac/Unique will be advantageous
Characteristics:
- Passion for payroll
- Ability to work with clients
- Ability to work in a stressful, fast paced environment
- Deadline driven
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
Main areas of responsibility include but not limited to the following (comprehensive training will be provided):
- Offer telephone and email support to PSIber clients
- Interim / annual submissions to SARS
- Attend to all client queries and problems
- Resolve both internal and external queries/issues by liaising with the Development and QA Team
Salary: R12 500 – R17 500 CTC per month depending on experience
