Analyze Consulting is looking for an experienced HR professional with proven experience and proficiency in all aspects of managing the HR function of a growing business, to join our growing team.

Key requirements include:

• A tertiary qualification with either a major in Industrial Psychology or Organisational Psychology (or related subjects)
• Must be a South African citizen
• Have at least 7 years of verifiable, appropriate work experience
• Have at least 2 years of experience within a consulting firm (either in an HR or a client facing role)
• Have a strong, intrinsic analytical ability
• Display strong communication skills
• Exhibit a high degree of emotional intelligence
• Be able to work within a team or on your own
• Be able to contribute at a strategic level while also getting stuck into the detailed deliverables needed
• The role is permanent and may be part-time or fulltime
• Preference will be given to EE candidates.
