Chief Financial Officer responsibilities:

• Reporting – preparation of monthly and quarterly business review pack, including financial analysis and recommendations.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets and targets in line with the company strategy.
• Optimisation of the overall business operation.
• Management of key risk areas within the business and leadership over a number of Finance Managers across the various Business Units

Required:

• CA (SA) with 10 years PQE experience.
• Able and willing to be operational and get involved in the detail and the essence of the business operation.
• Strong drive and work ethic alongside exceptional communication ability.
• Automotive experience advantageous.

This is a CFO role with a difference – it is a role that requires a hands-on approach coupled with the ability to contribute holistically to the overall enhancement of business performance. You will be commercially involved in the business.
