    Project Coordinator

    Job description

    Role Purpose: 

    The purpose of the role is to support the Group Managing Director and Vizeum Team.

    The project manager creates the opportunity for strategy and digital specialists to contribute fully. The project coordinator is also key when it comes to driving collaboration across DAN and in terms of building strong client relationships on a day to day basis.

    Key accountabilities

    • Provides day to day implementation, optimisation and upload of client campaigns through direct input
    • Manages Velocity as a centralised database, including uploading and tracking all briefs
    • Centrally maps and coordinates key deliverables across the region, by brand, resource and delivery date
    • Maintains project status document and updates weekly
    • Coordinates and produces internal reports (deal/commitment/performance/budget variance) by brand, media and region
    • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly pacing and management of budgets
    • Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis
    • Coaches and develops junior staff, supervising their projects and day to day activities

    Professional skills

    • Knowledge of Excel
    • Deep knowledge of Search Engines’ platforms and third party tools
    • Knowledge of attribution modelling understanding of all client analytics and tracking technologies, especially GMP

    Key Experiences

    • Budget planning and control

    Ideal Requirements

    • 2-3 years media agency experience.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel/Word and PowerPoint 
    • Excellent communication skills and speed of response
    • Speak and write English
    • Excellent time management, organizational skills and communication of work completed/barriers/solution
    • Professional and relationship builders with people
    • Attention to detail (accuracy)
    • Highly efficient work ethic
    • Work well under pressure and deadlines
    • Strategic within media & channel thinking (ito rationales)
    • Analytical skills – mine insights from data.
