- You must be a South African citizen
- Have experience in Financial Services, Banking and/or Management Consulting
- Have a degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or Actuarial Science
Our client is looking for talented Management Consultants that can management risk, develop strategies, solves problems and deliver value to their clients;
- Understand our senior client executives' requirements
- Deliver world-class business solutions
- Conduct workshops with internal bank product specialists
- Build complex statistical models to predict risk and profitability
- Work in systems and with data to accurately create information
- Development of strategy and governance frameworks for information management
- Performs routine work assignments and problem resolution to support other team members
- Design and visualise sophisticated output for decision-making
- Analyse processes and process re-engineering, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within one of the big four banks
- Experience in treasury, risk and finance would be preferable
- Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Performs routine work assignments and problem resolution to support other team members.
- Basic knowledge of risk management principles and IT strategies
- Experience in the Financial Services sector with in treasury, risk or finance
- Good understanding of probability and IT risk modelling techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, mathematics, statistics, finance or economics.
- CA (SA) qualification would be advantageous
