Location: Johannesburg North
Salary: Up to R850 000 + bonuses
Are you SCRUM master and love teaching, sharing, coaching and mentoring? This employer is a leading financial services provider that has over 60 sales branches and over 3500 tiered brokers in its employment and is dynamic in its approach to business, clients and employees.
Main purpose of the position
The purpose of this role to lead the SDLC Methodology centre and collaborate with partners to transition the operating model to Agile. You will also generate Scrum artefacts, facilitate SCRUM events and ensure the sprint task board accurately reflects the team’s activity and delivery. As a leader, you will implement and ensure processes tools and practices allow for multiple paths of delivery.
You will need a degree, preferably Scrum Master certification as well as project management / coaching experience for around 5 years.
