    Rollout Coordinator

    Job description

    We are looking for a Rollout Coordinator (ROC). She/He will be an initial support and bridge between central business and IT and the respective partners in the market he or she is assigned to. A ROC must be capable to establish trustful relationships with all relevant stakeholders in the organisation, from brand management to technical experts.

    The project scope also requires detailed dealing with systems-related topics. A focus on details and a structured work-approach are necessary skills. Significant experience from implementation projects, ideally related to IT-systems, will be a helpful background for any ROC working in the project

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Advising market’s project management
    • In constant direct dialogue with market’s project management for business and IT (primary point of contact, advisor and communicator)
    • Participate actively in market’s regular project and decision meetings
    • Review and approve quality gates indicators
    • Alignment of central and local strategies
    • Introduce standards for Digital Retail and associated services as defined by the OEM
    • Involved in rollout strategy and goal setting
    • Provide framework for Digital Retail – project implementation
    • Coach markets on how to set up the Digital Retail project and support them during the implementation of the project
    • Assist alignment market reality with guidelines provided
    • Assist market with its rollout status reporting
    • Drive Digital Retail strategy implementation and goal achievement in market
    • Steer the market during the rollout process
    • Identify gaps in achieving desired completion (rollout process) and give feedback to requestor
    • Set up market individual change management approach based on central guideline
    • Get everyone on the bus (all internal stakeholders at NSC/ importer and dealer level)

    Competencies and skills required

    • Significant experience in international project management
    • Experienced in complex project organisations (eg. Business + IT)
    • Proven Leadership competence (references) and Change Management knowledge
    • Strong communications skills: capable to connect with all levels in the organisation of assigned markets and to create effective working relations with all experts that needs to be involved in the local project (business and IT)
    • Can-Do attitude and able to move in the operative and quickly-moving environment of an automotive wholesale organisation
    • Business English Skill
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel
