Finance Support - Debt Collector

Job description
Primary Responsibilities
- To provide systematic and accurate recording of collections on invoices
- To monitor bad debt provisions in conjunction with finance
- Procurement
Specific Responsibilities
- Bad debt recovery (COD & Accounts)
- Monitor allocation of payments to client account
- Update on collections as requested
- Additional tasks when required to continue the productivity for the business
- Client query resolution and service
Professional Qualifications
- High School Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of work experience executing similar functions
Required Skills

Experience / Technical knowledge
- Decisive, assertive and detailed oriented
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills.
- English and any other languages are an advantage
- Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
(*) Definition of “equivalent professional qualification: minimum 2 years experience in the sector or within the company
