Job description

An educational institution is urgently seeking an HR Administrator to join their institution on a fixed term contract for 6 months. Position reports directly to the HR Manager

Responsibilities

• HR Payroll
• HR Benefits administration
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Compiling contracts
• Ensuring compliance with legislation
• Capturing information on database
• Handling staff queries
• All administration relating to recruitment
• Various other ad hoc duties as determined by the position

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Relevant HR Diploma or studying towards a relevant, HR Degree/Diploma would be advantageous.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential
• Experience using SAGE/VIP Payroll
• Minimum of 2 years experience, any other HRIS experience is advantageous
