Key Responsabilities

• Deliver Test and Quality Assurance Management services for clients within agreed schedules and budgets
• Ensure that sound practice is employed in the delivery of Test Management and Quality Assurance services in all client engagements
• Identify and leverage opportunities in current client engagements for the delivery of additional services
• Utilise relevant business and technical experience to increase the quality and value of services provided to clients
• Develop the Test Management service capabilities and capacity and lead internal initiatives to develop new skills
• Remain informed on current industry trends and best practice so as to continually improve the DVT Global Testing Centre's services and provide clients with thought leadership in quality
• Technical reviews
• Active support in pre sales (RFI/RFP/RFQ/POC/Proposal processes)
• Capacity planning

Knowlage and Skills Requirements

• At least 10 years testing/software development experience
• Performance Testing experience
• Test Automation experience
• Test Analysis experience
• Defect Management
• ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Level Certified Tester as a minimum qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level qualification, in an IT related subject preferred
• Scrum master certification (optional)
• Exposure to agile projects
• Previous Test Manager, leadership experience
• Proven thought-leadership contribution
• Client engagement experience
• Exposure or implementation of TMapNex
