Introduction

Metropolitan Retail has a challenging position for an individual who is results oriented with a consistent record of exceeding standards and expectations to fill the following vacancy at our offices in Tshwane, Gauteng.

Role Purpose

Deliver organisational effectiveness interventions and solutions that increase the effectiveness of the business and facilitate the engagement of employees in order to empower the business to achieve its objectives.

Requirements

• Honours degree in Psychology/Industrial Psychology
• Registered psychometrist (Independent Practice)/Registered Industrial Psychologist
• 3-5 years organisational development experience
• Exposure to the delivery of organisational design and development interventions
• South African

The work you need to deliver

• Collaborate with HR team to facilitate and deliver value adding organisation effectiveness programs and interventions to address organisational effectiveness gaps in line with MMI frameworks
• Facilitate organisational effectiveness interventions in order to effectively manage conflict, build teams, create change agility and build a culture that is aligned to business values
• Provide one-on-one coaching to employees and monitor performance improvement interventions in order to evaluate effectiveness of the intervention
