Job Description
Distell (Head Office, Stellenbosch) requires the services of a POS Systems Support Analyst responsible for the integration, support, maintenance and administration of requests relating to Point of Sale, SAP relevant integration and Trade Xpress relevant SAP processes. The successful incumbent will report to the ICT Service Centre Manager. The incumbent is required to ensure that functionality is optimised to ensure the best support for the relevant sales processes.
Purpose Ot The Position
The POS System Support Analyst will be responsible to support Retail Office End Users with all queries, issues and requests for Retail Office. The incumbent will also create training material for the above-mentioned application and present classroom and one-on-one training, Trade Express users from time to time. The POS System Support Analyst will report to the ICT Service Centre Manager, however will also report to the Priority Support Team Leader.
