Job description
Purpose of the Job: Assist the business to optimize Human Capacity by promoting productivity through improved staff wellness.

Key Performance Areas

• Assist in the designing and implementation of Employee Wellness Programme (EWP).
• Provide Employee Wellness Assistance to staff.
• Provide of basic Primary Healthcare services.
• Marketing and Communicating of EWP.
• Assist in implementation of HIV/AIDS Awareness, care, support and VCT programme.
• Promote HIV/AIDS awareness.
• Provide employees with counselling and training.
• Assist in conducting periodic studies and surveys.
• Coordinate statistics (reporting), and sporting activities.
• Research.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 3-year degree in Nursing Science.
• 5 years experience in the field of Employee Wellness or related field.
• Specialized training in Employee Wellness/EAP/HIV/AIDS/Primary Health Care.
• Driver’s license.
• Registered under a professional body/EAPA.
• Technical and Behavioral Attributes
• The candidate must be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Have above-average problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Above average training, marketing, counseling and interpersonal skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Good report writing skills.
