We’re looking to build on the exciting work we did last year. So, we need a mid-level, dedicated and enthusiastic Videographer to join us at South Africa’s fastest growing content and communications agency.

The ideal candidate will:

• Conceptualize and direct video shoots and video production.
• Assist and film video and photographic shoots in studio and field environments.
• Manage shoots with audio, lighting and camera-work.
• Create and edit videos to meet brief guidelines.
• Must be familiar with current media production and distribution technologies.
• Coordinate and organise video files and all raw video footage etc.
• Stays up-to-date with technological and software advances.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ previous video production experience.
• Good knowledge of the video production process, including on location filming, sound recording and editing and contracts.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the creative team.
• Familiarity with VFX, 3D and compositing.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills - in English.
• Operate professional video equipment (cameras, audio, lighting) in both an on-location and studio environment.
• Utilize industry standard software suites and workstations to edit video projects for both internal and public audiences.
• Enhance video projects with colour correction and basic compositing skills.
• Strong motivation for continuous learning and skill development.
• Knowledge of Adobe products, Premiere, After Effects and Audition.
