Appointment requirements: 

• National Diploma in Building/ Building Science/ Building Technology/ Building & Civil Construction. 
• 3-4 years Building experience. 
• Driver’s license.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate the installation, repair and maintenance of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing activities.
• Coordinate the maintenance of municipal building to ensure that buildings are safe.
• Coordinate building or repairing walls in accordance with construction plans.
• Coordinate the maintenance of municipal building and furniture to ensure that buildings are safe in terms of carpentry activities.
• Attend to publi enquiries.
• Administer resources. Human, Physical , and Financial Resources).
• Staff supervision.
