    Customer Sales and Services Representative

    Job Description

    Requirements:

    • Native level fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
    • Computer literacy
    • Previous experience in customer services/call centre/travel and tourism (advantageous)
    • Availability to work 24/7 shifts, weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
    • Ability to resolve customer complaints and offer alternative solutions
