Creditors Clerk at Mass Supply Clothing

Job Description

General duties and responsibilities:

• To effectively and efficiently support the finance department in payment of creditors within set deadline.
• To perform accurate creditors reconciliations and assist with the payment of creditors and ad hoc payments.
• Receive and capture supplier invoices onto Sage
• Communicate with suppliers and handle queries
• Liaise with Procurement, Receiving/Stores and other relevant staff who submit purchase orders.
