Job description

We are seeking a Finance Manager, based in the Eastern Cape, to work for a leading

Agriculture / Forestry organisation.

Position Specifications:
- Minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification (CA) NQF level 7 minimum.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in financial management at a managerial level.
- Management experience/ability within a result driven industrial environment.
- Experience/ability to manage employees in line with relevant employment legislations.
- Experience/ability to understand and act upon financial issues of high budget business .
- Experience working on financial ERP systems
Person Requirements:
- Person of integrity, passion for work, excellence and success.
- Results driven team player.
- Competent to assess situations and ability to make decisions.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to work under constant pressure.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently and as part a team.
- Analytical problem solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be accountable.
