Job Overview

To efficiently programme and process all incoming orders of theft related items that needs to be programmed by DRT department at MBSA, to ensure that orders are received and or dispatched timeously and correctly programmed in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Key code Queries: Pro-actively resolve problems at all times. Provide accurate advice & service. Addresses queries regarding track numbers of replacement keys. Address queries on outstanding programmed orders.
• Administration: Housekeeping performed. Maintain filing system. Clears SAP application on a daily basis. Executes orders daily-timeously and accurately.
• Secure working environment: Provide access control to DRT to departments. Ensure integrity of systems maintained. Adhere to stringent DAG security requirements. Secure password, user ID- PC & electrical equipment.
• Replenishment of DRT Stock and Programming of Parts: Ensure replenishment of DRT stock is done timeously and efficiently according to the Inventory stockholding target for DRT. Verifies programmed DRT parts are interpreted accurately and timeously. Process and programme orders (keys & control units) received daily.
• Parts received and dispatch: Ensure that DRT parts are received, binned and dispatched correctly and timeously and that all relevant documents are files as per DRT archiving policy.
• Reporting: Ensuring the availability of a DRT Monthly Production Report to furnish Dealers and Internal Stakeholders on request. Generate a Stock-holding report for DRT for Monthly management meetings and develop an improvement plan for DRT based on that report.
• Supplier Payment Administration: Timeous creation of EBPs for payment of suppliers, to ensure correct provisions and actual payments take place. Invoice verification based on the define process, including full adherence to agreed sampling procedure to ensure that payments matches the true services rendered by supplier.

Experience

• 1 - 3 years’ experience in specialised field

Specific Knowledge

• MS Office proficient
• SAP DNI (Distributed National Inventory) experience would be advantageous
• Warehouse experience i.e. receiving, binning, picking, would be advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of EPC would be beneficial to incumbent

Education

• Matric
• National Certificate - Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
