Purpose

Major responsibilities:

Perimeter Of Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate a monthly Demand Review with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance controlling departments to elaborate updated rolling sales forecasts in unit on an 18 to 24 months horizon
• Collect Sales forecasts prepared by Marketing dpt. Challenge level of sales forecasts by considering sales history, inventory at distributors level, sales forecasts performance (KPIs)
• Ensure with Regulatory affairs that sales forecasts reflects timely and in quantity the regulatory affairs activities and future event of the affiliate (variations, launches…)
• Ensure with Finance controlling that the updated sales forecasts in value are consistent with Financial Forecasts (Budget, F1, F2,)
• Validate with all departments the sales forecasts in unit and ensure a timely update of the updated sales forecasts in Collaborate (Manugistics)
• Improve Sales forecasts Performance (Accuracy and Dispersion)
• Provide an accurate replenishment plan to suppliers (net demand)
• Place purchased orders for GSC to execute replenishment plan
• Get and provide necessary import documentation (import license…)
• Follow up on customs clearance with logistic service providers
• Prepare and participate actively to the Replenishment Review Meeting to anticipate short term and mid-term supply issue and identify corrective actions
• Inform in case of complaints and monitor the corrective actions
• Follow up of modification, creation and destruction of packaging
• Monitor local stock coverage and ensure FEFO deliveries in the distribution process
• Monitor on a regular basis stock coverage and stock level projections to anticipate risk of shortage, overstock and obsolescence
• Is proactive in communicating with business partners on risks to decide and take necessary actions to mitigate risks of shortage and overstock
• 3 rd Warehouse and Logistics management.
• Participate to the SLA review to optimize the replenishment process with Global Supply Chain
• Creation of DFU’s in ZIP when there is a new product or change in product.
• PA validation to suppliers 1st/2nd week of new month.
• Track and trace of in transits daily
• Play active role in PA Validation meetings (Conference calls) 1st/2nd week of new month..
• Creation/extension of GMID codes in CEP
• Code creation in POMS
• Filing of all Certificates of Analysis.
