Job description

Lead team of Strategy Consultants to design and drive strategic growth and change journey within the Wealth and Investment arena. Provide leadership on both a people and thought level and play critical role in supporting CEO drive business agenda

Key Responsibilities

Lead team in:

• Collaborating with, senior stakeholders in the design, development and execution of strategy and related projects
• Structuring complex business problems into frameworks that can be analysed and solved through strategic plans
• Researching and applying critical thinking to industry trends, competitor dynamics and current/ potential future events to provide relevant business insights

Role Requirements

• Graduate Professional (CA, CFA, Actuary preferred)
• MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience, at least 5 years of which must have been working at a global consulting firm, financial institution or other large company in a corporate strategy group or a role with high strategic impact
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven ability to work under pressure – ability to deal with pace and urgency
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
