    Staffing and HR Coordinator / Staffing and HR Manager

    Job Description

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Staffing

    • Manage day-to-day staffing process for all Consulting staff linking staffing with career objectives and business needs. Balance the needs of people, clients and business
    • Track availability of staff including training, vacation, recruiting and LOA. Supervise data entry into relevant systems
    • Forecast staffing needs and utilisation and present to Partner Team on a weekly basis
    • Maintain up-to-date accurate information on staff and case assignments and provide input as required to finance and other office functions
    • Coordinate with regional, and global staffing team and assign resources for cross-office staffing as appropriate; Serve as primary liaison with other offices and Practice Areas on staffing issues

    Career development

    • Oversee administration of Career Development processes for consulting staff
    •  Ensure all appropriate data and input is gathered including case-end evaluations.
    •  Attend and participate in all CDC meetings. Maintain a complete perspective of all career- related activity.
    • Support contact for Mobility
    •  Liaise with the global mobility team for requests for transfer into and out of the office

    Training

    • Ensure delivery of appropriate training programs
    •  Working with the regional and global teams, ensure that all consulting staff get the right training and learning opportunities
    •  Oversee and implement local training programs as needed to meet the development needs of the consulting staff and the business needs of our clients
    • Develop resources and monitor individual needs to ensure the appropriate level of individual coaching is available
    • Human Resource function oversight
    • Present key HR metrics and initiatives to the leadership team on a monthly basis
    • Strive for continuous improvement of HR processes
    • People capacity planning input
    • Provide input into people plan pyramid annually to support the business objectives of the office, system and region
    • Provide input for the quarterly review and update of the people plan pyramid

    Human Resource administration

    • Prepare offers and contracts to be presented to new employees
    • Schedule on-boarding meetings and induction for new employees
    • Ensure all HR records in relation to employees and files are updated and maintained
    • Update internal HR systems with required HR information
    • Handle requests for LoA, maternity/paternity leave, part-time, international assignment (COS requests), etc.

    BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • University degree and minimum 3 years of experience in HR
    • Strong communication skills as well as excellent coordination skills and an engaging manner (international context / experience an added benefit)
