Primedia Head Office is Hiring . . .

We are looking for a bookkeeper for a minimum period of 5 months. The potential candidate must have a BCom Degree and 1-2 years experience working in a corporate finance department. Experience in Pastel will be an advantageous.

Your main outputs will include:

• Clean internal audit reports
• Monthly completion of GL recons for Group Financial accountant
• Compiling supporting documentation for all creditors payments
• Processing of source documents (e.g. invoices, credit notes, payments)
• Processing of the cash books
• Compiling the daily cash report and submitting it to Group Management Accountant
• Completion of all VAT submissions
• Maintaining the fixed asset register for head office
• Processing and maintaining the head office petty cash
• Managing and controlling the store room.
