Human Resources Administrator at Martin Engineering

Job description

This position requires a hands-on, attention to detail kind of person. Human Resources related duties include but are not limited to a functional level with emphasis on benefits and recruiting. Works closely with HR Manager to develop, implement and evaluate HR policies, programmes, functions and activities.

The successful applicant must meet the minimum requirments as below:

• Matric
• Human Resources Diploma with at least 3 years experience in a related field
• Valid, unendorsed drivers license and own transport
• Microsoft Office - Intermediate to advanced level
• Excellent people skills
• Be able and willing to work autonomously in a very fast paced department.
• Exceptional oral and written communicative skills
• Interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and outside of the company.
