We are currently searching for a Graduate - Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate to gain valuable work experience in Human Resources. The position is based at our head office in Cape Town. The Intern will be working with the HR Team in the development and implementation of an integrated people management strategy for the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Relevant degree or post graduate qualification
• HR specialisation
• Working knowledge of MS Office

Competencies Required:

• Fluency in English essential;
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters in a professional and ethical manner
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Planning and organising
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to take initiative.
