CPC Manager at SweepSouth

SweepSouth is in search of CPC Manger. This position will be available immediately.

While we currently operate in most areas of Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Centurion and Pretoria, the successful candidate will need to be based in Cape Town.

Position

• We’re passionate about digital advertising and delivering the customers an experience that delights from end to end. Our CPC Manger will help us to build, manage and optimize acquire and retain the customers through the digital channels as well as:
• Managing th P&L of the channels by tracking, reporting and analysing PPC initiatives and campaigns – SEM, Facebook, Display
•  Optimizing existing campaigns to meet company objectives as well as building new ads to support the company expansion
•  Analyzing the CPC campaign results, coming up with the strategies to achieve the KPIs (CPC. CPA, CTR) and execute them
•  Developing the tactics which increase the site traffic and sales based on the adsperformance analysis and A/B testing
•  Driving continued innovation and best practices implementation across the digital channels
•  Work closely with the marketing creative team

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing SEM
•  Understanding of all CPC channels.
•  Proficiency in MS Excel
•  Up to date with digital advertising innovations and best practices
•  Strong analytical skills
•  Problem solver, creative
•  Interested in technology, e-commerce
•  University Degree
•  Fluency in English
• Experience in App and Mobile advertising a plus
