Missions

Your main missions would be:

• Manage accounts and optimize treasury and credit collection
• Lead the finance processes in the country
• Keep updated on local regulation and leverage them to optimize accounting
• Handle contract management for the local office
• Manage Human Resources process
• Develop administration and financial team skills
• Collaborate with all managers as a business partner in a multichannel vision

Profile

Do you have?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• 3/5 years minimum experience as Chief accountant
• Local accountancy, legal and tax expertise
• Ability to manage both local & group accounting
• Financial & accounting analysis; Business Controlling skills
• B to B and/or B to C sales conditions knowledge
• Financial Group & NMEA HR policy, social legislation knowledge
• Team management (evaluation, coaching, development)
• Ability to empower others (decision making, leadership)
• Analytical skills
• Technical skills (tools…): Accountancy (Oracle, AP, etc) and controlling (Hyperion, Qlickview), High computer literacy including Excel and PowerPoint
• Local language, English and French (a Bonus)
