Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve annual regional sales targets
• Management of key client accounts in the designated region
• Participation in conferences and exhibitions
• Growth of Reutech market share in the designated region
• Assist with the development of marketing and product strategies
• Identify and Qualify new business leads
• Maintain client relationships
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business opportunities and sustainable relationships
• Conduct market intelligence to support the marketing and sales as well as business development activities
• Obtain a good understanding of the relevant products of Reutech to facilitate the marketing and sales process.

• Reutech regional clients
• Suppliers
• Marketing channels

INTERNAL:

• Management
• Maintenance and support team
• Development Team
• Global marketing and sales team

KEY GOALS:

• Marketing and sales qualification
• Minimum 3-year track record in the sales of advanced technical equipment (electronics, radar, telecommunications or complex software products)
• Experience in mining and/or security solutions will be beneficial
• Well presented
• Willing to travel
• Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic working environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent general computer skills (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Self driven.
