Integration Engineer (Contractor) at Irdeto

Job description

As an Integration Engineer contractor you will provide technical support and integration services to customers and your objective is to convey a positive image of the company and its products. Your ultimate objective is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities

• Represent Irdeto Services team in providing integration support and leadership to partners
• Develop documentation to describe software installation, use and customer specific requirements to internal and external audiences.
• Test customised workflows based on customer specification and where appropriate.
• Feed back into Irdeto Product development with new/changed system requirements.
• Support partners in completing the integration scoping
• Integration and deployment of end to end solutions
• Provide Integration Support on Irdeto Broadband solutions Publish, Control and Monetize.
• Assist with problem resolution in terms of bug triage, analysis, tracking, resolution to achieve smooth operations and timely acceptance of changes.
• Based out of Randburg, South Africa with some travel within EMEA

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years Java and/or C# coding experience, other programming languages are an advantage
• Experience with jBPM and MySQL are an advantage
• Experience with VOD and Broadcast systems are an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in a customer facing role
• A real team player
• You must be eligible to work in South Africa
