Specification

• To provide your expertise as a Mechanical Engineer for building services projects and leadership of the Cape Town Mechanical Engineering subsector within Power and Energy Sector.
• In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
• Required to provide and maintain financials such as project revenue, profit, variances
• Ensure the management of cashflow/invoicing
• To ensure all round client satisfaction and feedback
• To ensure resource management
• Required to manage and mentor junior staff
• Responsible for the workload forecast
• To build on GIBB’s Mechanical Engineering BIMS capability
• To market and grow the sector by fulfilling role of business development

Requirements

If these are only some of your best professional traits, then this could be the next step you take in your career:

• B.Sc (Eng) or B. Eng or B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
• Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Mechanical building services industry / consulting
• Fire engineering experience desirable
• Knowledge of Green Buildings (GBCSA registration is desirable)
• BIMS experience desirable
