Get your foot in the door of a growing team. A leading financial services company is enjoying high volumes of growth into new markets. This increase in products is resulting in physical expansion into new towns across the county, which in turn has resulted in a very busy real estate team. Tasked with finding new sites and negotiating lease terms with landlords all over South Africa, they find themselves swamped with the paperwork that surrounds leases. This includes shareholder agreements, financial statements, FICA documents, memorandums of understanding, heads of agreements and various other ad hoc documents. They are looking to appoint a highly organised individual to assist this team in managing the back office requirements for up to 20 new transactions every 6 months. It will suit someone who has some understanding of commercial leases, who is highly proficient on MS Excel, Word and Outlook and who has a 'do whatever it takes attitude'.
