    Customer Support

    THE ROLE

    As Customer Support, your role is to:

    • Deal and solve with customer queries;
    • Handle objections and questions;
    • Offer the best answer to all customers.

    YOU

      • Fluent English along with French ;
      • Friendly, out going ;
      • Able to deal with people over the phone ;
      • Problem solver ;
      • Ability to work in a team and take direction ;
      • Dedication and ambition ;
      • Experience within the Customer Service would be a plus.
