Minimum Requirements:

• A business related tertiary qualification - MUST be a degree (ND or BTech is not sufficient)
• Minimum 2 years retail experience on middle management level
• Sales or Human Resources experience within a retail environment, i.e.
• clothing, footwear, textiles, homeware, FMCG or cellular
• The ability to translate business strategy into goals whilst managing the
• implementation thereof
• The ability to lead people
• Strong commercial sense
• A Code 08 driver’s licence with own transport is essential
• Willingness to travel extensively and be transferred Position will include induction training in Cape Town for a few months and can then either be based in Cape Town or where ever the business requirements are, so the person has to be relocatable.

Key areas of exposure will include:

• Sales
• Business management (Store-, Area and Regional level)
• Stock Controlling
• Project management
• Marketing
• Human resources management.
