The vacancy for a Specialist Sales Support at Rijk Zwaan

• The Sales Support department is responsible for supporting Rijk Zwaan South Africa’s Sales Representatives, receiving orders and processing the orders on the ERP system. We support not only the Sales Representatives but also the customers with information and good service.
• Within this role you are responsible for 2 or more of our sales representatives from different areas. You will receive orders from either customers or the sales representatives that you will process on our ERP system. You will ensure that the customer and sales representative is at all times aware of what is happening with their order, and make sure that the order reaches the customer in good order.

We are seeking a Specialist Sales Support with:

• strong communication skills
• a Bachelor diploma, preferably in Economics or Logistics
• able to speak Afrikaans and English

Furthermore you are committed to providing a high service level, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team. You are a self starter and you work accurate. You are able to do several things at the time and see a challenge in organizing the back-office well with your colleagues. You are pro-active in what you do and you like to be a part of the team.
