    Robotics Technicain

    Job description

    The Robot Technician is responsible for maintaining robotic equipment and/or related automated production systems while ensuring equipment uptime by reducing Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and proactively planning preventative measures.

    Position Details:

    • To maintain facility by completing all scheduled planned Maintenance – 100% completion
    • To identify all corrective maintenance activities and have a proactive approach – 100% completion.
    • Manage effective approach to Emergency Maintenance (EM) downtime
    • Effective Root causes analysis towards downtime
    • Proactive approach to Maintenance Operating System (MOS).
    • Responsible approach to all Safety standard regulations

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Fault finding ability, Electrical and Mechanical
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Siemens S7 PLC fault finding and programming skill.
    • Kawasaki Robot fault finding and programming skill.
    • Kuka Robot fault finding and programming skill.
    • HMI –Win CC Scada fault finding and programming skill.
    • SEW – Drive fault finding and programming skill.
    • Obara frequency wielding experience.
    • Auto Sealer systems
    • Bosch adaptive wielding experience
    • Network interface fault finding , WFI ,Profibus
    • Transfer and hoist systems.

    Behavioral Skill

    English Oral and written communication

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • N4 Plus Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate, National Diploma s4
    • Minimum of 2-3 years within the Automotive Industry
    • 3 yrs. Manufacturing experience in a body shop environment
