Job Purpose:

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Software Developer will support application development and maintenance responsibilities as well as play a pivotal role in shaping the implementation and delivery of planned Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects in support of SYSPRO’s strategic business vision and growth plans.

Essential Job Functions:

• Hands-on technical implementation and deployment experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Configure the application to requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
• Create technical specifications
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications
• Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
• Develop data conversion and testing strategies
• Develop high level project work plans
• Lead technical discussions
• Provide technical expertise

Qualifications and Experience:

• Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM (3.0 or 4.0, 2011 or 2013 or 2015 or 2016) Customization and Configuration Certification
• 4+ years of Dynamics CRM Development experience is required
• Strong Implementation Experience
• CRM development or integration best practices
• CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and reports development
• Technical specifications documentation
• Experience developing plug-ins and interfaces with other systems
• Architect/design CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports
• 6+ years of Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight
• Data migration experience and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
• 6+ years of MS SQL Server
• SQL Reporting Services preferred
• Minimum 5 years consulting experience preferred
