Summary Of The Position

The Reward Analyst will assist in the implementation of reward programmes to implement and support the Total Rewards Strategy. Ensuring all reward programmess, including Benefits and Compensation, are competitive and sustainable and have an impact on the long and short term performance of the firm. Working with senior management and HR Business Partners to ensure that the firm attracts and retains great talent across the firm.

The Reward Analyst Will

Outline of main duties and responsibilities

• Implement initiatives required to support the global reward strategy;
• Implement and execute all operational reward related programmes, supporting the Head of Reward. These programmes include salary bench marking, benefits management, short term and long term incentive plans and annual compensation events;
• Analyse and manage market data across the firm, ensuring data is relevant and current;
• Liaise with senior management and HRBPs as required;
• Manage the planning, preparation and delivery of the annual remuneration review;
• Coordinate the annual payroll budgeting process in junction with Finance, HR and Head of Reward;
• Subject matter expert on matters relating to Rewards, advising senior managers and the HR team;
• Provide process management and analytical support for key reward projects and annual processes;
• Partner with finance and other colleagues to ensure the successful administration of benefit plans and compensation plans;
• Deliver data, reports and analytics as required for inter alia, management information, remuneration committee meetings and statutory reporting;
• Design and develop reward related communications eg. total reward statements.

Skills And Experience Required

• The applicant must demonstrate a track record of success in developing and implementing successful and creative compensation;
• Requires strong technical, managerial, and team building skills;
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University;
• 5 years of related experience;
• Previous experience with Oracle a plus;
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing market data (benchmarking), benefits programs and experience working with external vendors;
• Experience in job evaluation would be advantageous;
• A very high degree of analytical skills with excellent numerical ability;
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables;
• Ability to work independently in a highly pressurised environment;
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.

The Reward Analyst will report to the Head of Reward

Remuneration level

Remuneration will be market related and commensurate with experience and seniority.
