Training Specialist at VMAGROUP

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifies training needs and training gaps in consultation with HR and line managers;
• Provides input to the training strategy & development of specific training development plans;
• Prepares training manuals & training offers for managers and employees;
• Plans training courses and sessions & monitors training budgets;
• Works with external training partners to deliver tailored courses;
• Evaluates quality of training courses and implements improvements as necessary;
• Monitors best practice training framework;
• Develops a list of training plans across departments.

Experience & Skills:

• Ability to manage complex projects and processes and to navigate a complex business environment;
• Able to demonstrate and innovative approach to training through, for example, the use of relevant Training Apps.
• Track record of driving constructive change;
• Ability to influence, lead and develop relationships with key stakeholders;
• Highly computer literate;
• Relevant B-degree with HR post graduate qualification preferred
• Experience of working at a similar level (5 yrs post-qualification)
• Experience of working in a multinational environment highly beneficial.
