Financial Services giant seeks a forward thinking and innovative Customer Loyalty/Rewards Manager. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a dynamic team building a new Rewards program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative Rewards solutions, and for managing the business development, proposition marketing, and technical support to customers and intermediaries as part of the Rewards team.

Minimum requirements:

Relevant degree;

• 5-8 years applicable business experience of which 3 years is management experience;
• Loyalty program experience would be an advantage;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Good inter-personal skills with a talent to connect with people;
• Ability to juggle and prioritise conflicting demands;
• High levels of drive, energy and innovation
