    • Structured Thinking: Assimilating pieces of information from various sources and organising them into a logical user-friendly structure, and then maintaining the integrity of the structure, while adapting it to accommodate new elements over time, despite work pressure and deadlines.
    • Proactivity: Planning ahead to ensure accurate and timely delivery, and taking initiative e.g. giving suggestions regarding improved practices, processes and efficiencies.
    • Resilience: Bouncing back and continuing working towards the vision with purpose and focus in the face of difficulties (e.g. disengaged delegates, little proof of transformation/change, etc.)
    • Adaptability: Adapting to implemented changes within TowerStone, new work procedures resulting from team or management changes, and mutual team goals while working in a diverse team.
    • Applied Learning: Assimilating and applying new job-related information in a timely manner, participating in learning activities that result in improved knowledge and skills, and acquiring knowledge of all products and services within TowerStone.

    • Contributing to Team Success: Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team towards the completion of goals, regularly sharing information with team and contributing freely in team discussion.
    • Impact: Creating a positive first impression through professional body language and grooming, commanding attention and respect, showing an air of confidence, displaying a professional demeanour by exhibiting a calm appearance and responding openly and warmly when dealing with others.
    • Innovation: Generating innovative solutions in work situations and trying different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.

In addition to being evaluated on your functional, relational and creative ability you will be evaluated based on the way you live the TowerStone brand:
