Job description

Job description :
- To Create customized itineraries within Southern African countries and to build the corresponding quotations and programs.
- Accompany clients on site inspections and travel with group projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers/ invoice client/ follow up on suppliers payment/ Produce financial reports of each group or event
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the Travel industry
- Excellent sales ability required, good knowledge of the destinations
- To be able to work under pressure (short deadlines)
- Excellent computer literacy (excel/ word/outlook/internet)
- Perfect use of written and spoken English, French as a bonus
