    Field Service Manager

    Job description

    We are looking for 3X Field Services Managers to ensure a consistent, high level of service delivery in terms of an opcoming project to enable customer satisfaction, continuously monitor ing the level of service delivery and ensure proper allocation of resources, monitor expenditure and control costs and manage the company assets to ensure stock is available on demand and stock losses are minimum.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

    • Monitor Mobile usage and processes
    • Monitor and manage logistics requirements including RAs and boot stock management
    • Manage Field Technician Productivity
    • Manage Human Resources
    • Monitor Quality Management System Requirements
    • Control financials
    • Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreement
    • Manage customer escalations
    • Conduct monthly site visits
    • Monitor and process payroll input for the team to Regional Admin (overtime; standby; km’s; allowances; etc.)
    • Ensure that the install base is correct
    • Review the account plans with the Field Technicians
    • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) Procedures

    KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

    Relevant tertiary qualification

    • Above average understanding of IT break fix operations ranging from call management, management of Field technicians, logistics support and billing methods
    • An understanding of Service Level Agreements and service environments
    • Extensive planning and scheduling skills
    • MS Office Suite (Word; Excel; Outlook; etc.)

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 – 5 years’ experience of Managing IT support team with thorough understanding of technology and technological environments
    • Experience in Desktop/Retail/Point of Sale
