Solution Delivery Engineer at ERP Maestro, Inc

Job description

The Solution Delivery Engineer position deals with customer support so you'll need to be systems savvy. You'll be part of a strong, technical and high profile team and responsible for the following:

• Managing service SLA's efficiently
• Conducting 3-4 daily customer meetings on training, resolving issues, and answering customer queries
• Promptly resolving support tickets from customers
• Actively managing customer onboarding
• Assisting in conversion of active trials to annual recurring
• subscriptions via excellent customer service
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues (on database level, server settings, bugs in the code) as well as having a voice in improving overall solution design
• Suggesting new solution enhancements to development team based on issues
• Testing and delivering solutions to the customer
• Testing of the solution during releases
• Assisting on solution upgrades during major releases

Requirements:

• Four-year degree in Computer Science
• Understanding of cloud computing
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Good communication skills

• Systems and networking knowledge & SAP security skills
