MPC Connect - The Business Process Outsourcing division is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a solid track record in Sales / Business Development in the Business Process Outsourcing / Offshoring Industry. The position will ideally be based at Head Office in Durban, however this is open for discussion dependanton attracting a suitable Candidate for the role.

The suitable encumbent will have a relevant Business Degree and current Network within the Sector, both locally and Internationally. The suitable candidate will have been involved in the following:

• Sourcing and presenting Business Process Outsourcing models to prospective Clients both Globally and Locally.
• Experience presenting to Senior Executives on;
• Shared Services Outsourced Models
• Customised Outsource Centres for potential Clients
• Campaign Style Contact Centers
• The BDE will be strategically involved in growing the MPC Connect Brand both locally and Internationally
• The BDE will be responsible for developing a Sales / Product growth strategy plan and ensuring the success thereof.
• Exposure to Costings in respect of the above is essential
• Solid understanding of working in a Target Driven Environment.
